...are crunchy biscuits made with almonds & fleurs d'oranger; they are the Provençal version of biscotti and are delicious with coffee as an after dinner treat.
...are boat shaped biscuits traditionally made in Marseille and refer to the legend that Mary Magdalene arrived on the shore of Provence in a little boat. Ours are flavoured with fennel & cumin and a hint of lemon.
